Absolutely brilliant day out. I have NEVER been to anywhere that was kept so spotless, clean & tidy. The animals were fascinating to see & also to hear - who knew gibbons & monkey could sing like that?! The staff were friendly & knowledgable. Altogether a lovely day out.

This is our second visit to the Haven and again it did not disappoint. The Primates seem very happy and well looked after. The happy conclusion to Martin and Lulu's living quarters is a new edition. this was the cleanest animal place i have visited in England, Staff were friendly and helpfull always ready with a very knowledgeable answers. Great for Disabled. A great visit maybe not a long as a zoo but there are plenty a places for close up photography. Anyone that complains just does not realise what these places do for these animals.... More

The sun was shining and it was wonderful to see so many happy animals and birds. Plenty of seating close to the animals for those who can not stand too long. Very informative, helpful staff. Opportunities to stroke an owl during animal lectures. Very relaxing would return whenever on the island

Cant believe what some people write. We visited the Haven and had a great time, my wife had to pull me away from some of the monkeys. There were some that did just sit there, but it's not a circus. As for 20 minutes to see all, well they must of had their eyes closed. I'm sure I would hate... More

Beautifully clean & tidy attraction - it is obviously quite new. Good selection of owl & monkeys but I feel uneasy about the owls being caged. The monkeys have large cages and they swing around.
