Consistently good food,not superior but great beach food,high quality, fair prices,friendly staff

Nice place to walk the beach. Usually not many people there when we have visited.

with lousy parking and no facilities...but plenty of dolphins and views of cargo ships and aircraft carriers.

I live in Chic's Beach and I love it here. We have 1 great sandy beach with a phenominal view of the Chesapeak Bay Bridge-Tunnel; 4 funs bars all with excellent food; 1 convenience store that carries everything you need from wine and beer to good BBQ sandwiches to motor oil; and a few hundred locals that would give you... It's where the local's hang out at the beach, if you don't need all the tourist shops and associated tourists, come to Chick's Beach! Much more laid back and enjoyable time by the ocean!

no surf faces north, if flat ocean is what you want then its ok but not want you would expect
