Went here in the peak of the season-July 4th, with two children ages 12 & 6. We had an absolute blast, and the park never seemed to be ultra-crowded even though it was full. Lots to do for all age groups. A really entertaining water show was given mid-day. Food wasn't cheap but wasn't outrageously espensive either. All in all... more

Went with a 15-yr-old cousin (girl), 11-yr-old niece, and 8-yr-old son, and ALL of us had a great time. There's lots of stuff for kids of any age, and even for an adult like me. Good variety: some slow & lazy rides, some exciting rides, some in-between rides. WAY more fun than Busch Gardens. I also highly recommend a water-proof... more

We visited Water Country near Williamsburg last weekend (me, wife, son, and daughter). The water rides were fun, but not really worth the ticket price. They start to rip you off at the parking lot by selling "preferred parking" for higher price, but you just park 50 yards closer to the entrance on the same lot. The security checks on... more

Our family of six (children 5, 8, 11, 12) spent parts of 5 enjoyable days here in August. It offers a variety of fun slides for all ages. The tubes and life vests are all in good shape. There is quite a bit of walking between some of the attractions. The food is average for lunch - wouldn't recommend dinner.... more

Visited in August. We booked a joint ticket with Busch Gardens for our visit which was worth it. Water Country is really big with loads on offer for little ones, teenagers and adults alike. Our daughter loved the Hubba Hubba Highway. It is best to walk around first and then decide where to sit for the day, as getting a... more

Our family of 6 went this last weekend, on Saturday. We had 4 kids, 12, 12, 10 and 6, and we had a BLAST. First off we got there early, when the park opened. We went straight to the rides that would probably have the longest lines. We walked right up to the top of several of the slides, and... more

I just returned from Water Country USA/ Busch Gardens with my 7 y.o. sons, 3 y.o. niece, and 13 month old daughter (plus some other adults). We had a blast at Water Country!!! All 8 of us, from 13 months to 56 years found something we liked. There are a good variety of water slides for the older kids and... more

We went August 11, 2009. The place was crowded beyond belief! Congested masses of people--no thanks! Wait lines were over an hour on the most popular rides. The lifeguards were rude. There was no place to sit and park our stuff. This park lacks the hospitality, magic, and flow of Busch Gardens, where everyone was smiling and friendly. more

Our family (two adults, two teens) went to Water Country twice in this past week because we had a Flex Pass that allowed free parking and entry. The first day (Wednesday) we got there early and had a great time. Our favorite thing was the Hubba Hubba Highway, a free-floating lazy river type thing with no rafts. We did some... more
