our girls are out of school for the summer and season passes pay for themselves after 3 trips. And with the way the summer weather is shaping up we will go more than three times.. I suggest buying a parking pass for the season as it is only 30.00 where if you park normally it is 10.00 each time.. The... more

I remember going when I was about 6 and I loved it whenI was playing in The Pirate area and water poured on me! Also remember going when I was 12 it was fantastic I was old enough to ride all the rides btw you have to "48" inches to ride most which is regular most of the time, I... more

We visited Wild Waves on a Saturday in mid-July. We drove up from Oregon with our 9 and 6 year olds. When we first arrived we rented a locker for our things and rode all the rides the kids were big enough to. Tip: you get really soaking wet on the Lumberjack falls ride, so make it your last ride... more

After reading recent negative reviews, we were hesitant to go but fortunately, by following some helpful tips, we had a great time: -Buy your general admission tickets at your local community center for $20 each at www.seattle.gov/parks/centers.asp. -Try to go on a weekday (we went on Friday) & it's very important to arrive at least 15 minutes before they open... more

Last summer, my family and I went to Wild Waves for the first time. We were pleasently suprised by the many exciting rides, both dry and wet. There was something for everyone and the lines went fast. Though the tickets were a bit pricey, at the end of day, we all agreed this event was extremely fun! After looking at... more

My family lives within 20 minutes of the park, so we decided to get "season tickets" at Costco. They were about $72 each and for a family of 5, $350 seemed reasonable since you can use them in October (Fright Fest) and Dec (Fantasy Lights). We did, indeed, get out money's worth, but it takes more than a little planning.... more

What not to like: Really dirty change room and bathrooms, Expensive and terrible food, No shade, Long lines for water rides, Packed on hot days. Get over it - My kids and their friends love Wild Waves. Here is how locals do it: Admission. Way to expensive at the gate - discounted tickets are sold as fund raisers all over... more

Picture your typical dirty midway carnival rides. Add a crowd of rude young adults who swear and spit. Now add a few water slide attractions. Picture yourself and your lovely family with young kids walking barefoot from in between the water attractions on the filthy pavement through the crowds to wait half and hour or longer to get onto a... more

We went to Wild Waves July 25th, 2007. We are a family of four. Two adults and two children age 9 and 4. We bought two adult tickets via Costco for 21.00 or 22.00 each (can't remember) and we bought two tickets at the park for the kids. It was Burger King day so the two tickets for the kids... more

My family loved this park. I loved that we got $16.00 tickets at a Seattle Parks & Rec Community Center! At that price I was thrilled by it all. My kids have a wide range of "thrill" levels and there was something for everyone in both sides of the park (water & dry) . We had been warned about food... more
