Ok, people....THIS turned out to be one of the most interesting things we did this last trip to Ocean Shores (Oct 2009). I had no idea how many canals there were! I had a blast driving the boat (very simple to operate) and exploring. And the owners were two of the most wonderful people I've met in a long time.... more
We rented the boat for 1.5 hours to go to the end of Duck Lake and back. It was a nice relaxing drive to see some tranquil scenery. As stated in the briefing before departure, the boat has a small rudder and large inertia (from the banks of batteries), so it takes a few minutes to learn how to steer... more
