The center brings the environment of Ocean Shores to life. After visiting the center I appreciate this unique location in a new way and want to return not just for the beach but for birding, exploring the waterways, wildlife and history.

This is a most delightful museum, with such knowledgeable people to help you. Great great historical photos so you know only get to learn about animals, shells, etc, but the history of the island.

This is one of the best kept secrets at Ocean Shores! In all the years that we have visited Ocean Shores with the kids, and now the grandkids, we never heard of the Interpretive Center until a relative told us about it. What a wonderful place. An excellent adventure into the past history of Ocean Shores; how it all began. Great gift shop and helpful volunteers; including the local Washington Master Gardeners. This is a must stop and visit!

You can spend most of the day here and not see it all. lots of history and lots of fun for the family.

Surprisingly thorough nature center. About 6 or 7 rooms jam packed with natural and other history of the area. Volunteer staffers eager to the point of pushiness, but I give them alot of respect for their efforts. Definitely stop by.

We were wondering if going into the Interpretive Center would be worth our time. So glad we went in! Lots of information about the local area. The volunteers were wonderful.

We learned a lot about the Quinalt area and enjoyed our discussions with the volunteers.

Pretty average for an attraction. They do have some interesting exhibits and lots of cool facts, and there is a children's program. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my kids into it, but you might have better luck.
