Turned up having checked the website and the visitor center was closed for a private event. They seemed to think the Microsoft gift shop being open meant all was not lost! Their excuse is that buried on their website it says they may sometimes close and to call ahead - but they dont put this anywhere near the opening hours.... More

The visitor center has less stuff than an Apple store. The campus is practically closed. You cannot even get in their store or coffee shop. It tells you in your face that you are NOT welcome despite that you've been buying their product all your life. It is so arrogant and isolated, and I can see why Microsoft is going... More

A must see when visiting the Seattle area. The campus is so huge that it's difficult to grasp. There are a ton of buildings and the grounds are very well kept. It's basically a city in itself.

A gift shop with Free parking and a drive through a beautiful area. This did not turn out to be anything more than a display (usable) electronic gaming devices/computers with a so-so gift shop inside an impressive corporate complex. I was more intrigued watching the diverse population of people who were in the employee parking lots coming and going from... More

My husband works here, but we love visiting him at the campus, they have such beautiful grounds, great family events, and such a fun commons area! We also visit the store and museum often.

The Microsoft Campus is very large. They have ball fields for their staff to play on, shopping areas inside and restaurants. To my knowledge it's not open to the public.

Although I am an Apple guy, you gotta respect what Bill Gates and Paul Allen created here.
