Loved a few of their wines-the whites in particular. Came home with a bottle of their "Tzippy" (pronounced ZIPPY) which promptly was drank the next day. Nice grounds and they let our puppy roam the grounds with their dogs.

AniChe Cellars is a small family winery located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. We make wines with an eye to European tradition with a particularly Washington State sense of terroir and style. Our wines are almost entirely varietal blends, believing that wine varietals are very much like people and dogs, with an egalitarian mixing up of characteristics to create interesting nuances and surprising complexity and beauty (think Halle Berry, mutts and Bordeaux). Our fruit comes from Washington state’s plethora of renowned AVA’s, including our very own Columbia Gorge AVA.

I was on a wine tour Saturday and we stopped by this gem of a winery in the Columbia Gorge. Rachel (winemaker/owner) made our group feel very welcome and spent time sharing her wines with us. Wines were wonderful. Food was an added bonus. Please try this new winery. You won't be disappointed!

I would recommend this spot to anyone. This winery makes European wine blends, which means I can store a bottle of their decently priced wine, and have something even more delicious in 5-10 years!
The winemaker is always around and love to talk about "her babies".
Great atmosphere, feels like home!
