The hiking trails here provide some amazing views. As a photographer, I found more unusual fungi here than I've seen almost anywhere - they were bright yellow and orange and as large as a football.

I love going here just to take pictures of the old mill at different times of the year. I have stayed in one of the cabins and it was nice. Not a lot to do the park without driving a distance.

For the photographer, this is probably one of the best sights east of the Mississippi. yes, it's entirely artificial (the mill was constructed in the '70's). I just love the waterfalls, the flora, the fauna, and the mill; it all comes togeather perfectly. You can easily visit in all four seasons. If you are a photographer, don't forget your tripod!

We had a wonderful time horseback riding. The guide was friendly and helpful. The horses looked well cared for. We weren't even hot once we were in the woods and it was 90 degrees today. Words of advice: wear tennis shoes, have your camera attached to you ( you can't ride and hold a camera very well), and kids under... More

We only stopped here for an hour or so but checked out the different cabins that were available for lodging. We also talked to some people that were staying in one of these cabins and they said they are very romantic, secluded, and peaceful. Bring a camera and good pair of walking shoes since there is trails and different things... More
