I am from Milwaukee and took some guests to Sugar Maple. It is true that they have a good selection of beers the times I've been there and ample room for a larger group.
One of my guests returned from the bar after asking for a glass of water and said that the bartender had been extremely rude to her....

This is BY FAR the BEST BAR in ALL of Milwaukee for those who want REAL beer from a wide variety of American Microbreweries.

My husband and I went to Sugar Maple for the first time on New Year's Eve. They have a great selection of beers with reasonable prices. And it has a smoke-free atmosphere!
