Our group of Job's Daughters descended upon The Little French Bakery for a wonderful afternoon. We enjoyed a French Lunch prepared with a recipe for Quiche from the Corden Bleu. The girls (ages 10-17) ate in the kitchen, as all good chefs do I'm told. Following the lovely meal, the girls were instructed by Sue on the art of Pate... More

I attended the chocolate class just before Valentine's and it was the heaven I expected. Delicious samples to use in our experiments. Learned to make the best/only tart crust I'll ever need. Chocolate mousse for dinner and more boxed up for celebrations this weekend. I had 2 of her croissants without shame. They were probably the best I have had.... More

My husband turned me onto Susan and her classes years ago and I and a bunch of friends have been making her classes a tradition ever since. Everything is top notch from Susan and her expertise to the location of her beautiful French kitchen, the quality of what we work with, what we learn that we can take home and... More

I decided to take a bread class from Susan at The Little French Bakery and I am so glad I did. It was so enjoyable and Susan is a wonderful teacher. She really made making bread so much fun. The Cinnamon Swirl bread is too die for. I never thought I would be able to make such wonderful breads and... More

It starts with warm, perfect croissants for breakfast... Susan's bread class is the best I've ever attended. She is professional, fun and she makes every class educational as well as enjoyable. Susan takes all the mystery out of baking bread. The 7 grain bread alone is worth making the hour trip from Madison to North Freedom and that is only... More

Talk about desintation classes. Whatever the subject, sign up. Susan is charming, helpful, knowlegable and full or surprises. The facilities transform you to Paris with its Bistro atmosphere. The breakfast and lunch are reason enough to attend a class. Gather a group of friends and make it a party. I'm not kidding. You get more than your moneys worth, and... More

I have taken several wonderful classes at the Little French Bakery. I have learned to make French bread, French Tarts and French chocolate Truffles (to name a few). Each class was a whole day of fun and learning, starting with fresh croissants and coffee. At the end of each day my car was loaded with wonderful things that I had... More

I have used The Little French Bakery for my family or special event to supply my fresh and delicious baked goods. From cakes to cupcakes to cookies, Susan is a genius with a spatula! Next on my list, to take a class from her at her cooking school. I would highly recommend Susan. She is personable, imaginative and prides herself... More
