Wyoming has a beautiful capitol building. It's a large building with a gold dome! Very much worth seeing! Photo attached. more

Wyoming's State Capitol-a classically designed building of Corinthian architecture resembling the National Capitol in Washington D.C.-is located in the heart of Cheyenne. We had a great time time at the Capitol ! Compared to other capitols I've seen, it's relatively unpretentious, and that is a large part of the appeal. It's still an impressive building, but on a less massive scale than most. The first floor rotunda is striking, with the checkerboard marble floor, columns, and impressive staircase.
