Correction to my previous post. The Lake Trout Pond area where the fish may be fed is open 8am to 4:30pm. Pond gate closes promptly at 4:30pm. Sorry for the confusion.

We really enjoyed going to the Fish Hatchery. Usually it is quite deserted, so you have the place to yourself. During the summer a great way to cool off is to travel to Story and feed the fish. Our kids loved it. They got to feed the fish which was a big hit.
