The Hilo Farmer's Market was amazing! It was packed with all kinds of locally grown produce and prepared foods. The market also offers artisans with a huge variety of handmade crafts. I noticed the fruit stalls for the farmers' market were here every day. The only thing different for Wednesday was the additional rows of vendors across the street. I was there on a Wednesday and there was plenty of fresh produce and fruits to choose from, and plenty of other vendors to find gifts to take back home. more

If you have a kitchen and love to cook, visit the Hilo farmers market on Saturdays for exotic and familiar fruits and veggies.
