We read a terrible review of this spa on www.tripadvisor.com, and thus we were very worried, but the overall experience was extremely pleasant. We got the Hawaiian Royal Treatment facials that lasted for 110 minutes. Good service, and very nice ambience. I recently sent my husband to the kohala spa in the hilton waikoloa for what was supposed to be a father's day gift. My daughter and I wanted to treat him to a much deserved day of relaxation.
