You definitely want to stop here on your way down the road. This is one of the best overlooks around. Then drive on down the road and see the taro fields and the town up close. This is a nice area to drive through on your way to the end of the road beaches, like Tunnels Beach or Ke'e Beach. more
On your left as you're traveling north on the 56 past Princeville, on your way to Hanalei, keep your eye out for the turn out on your left. The view of the valley is spectacular. more
