There are a number of surfing schools on Kaua'i and several of them are terrific. But as far as I know, there is only one company that offers outrigger canoe surfing: Hoku Water Sports. They have a web site and an inconspicuous yellow brochure available at the airport in the carousels of pamphlets advertising for your time and money. Canoe... more
