This is an amazing way to start your morning. Anya was very knowledgable, led a great class and even held the class even though I was the only one able toattend that morning. I definitely recommend trying this if you are in Kauai!

Sunrise yoga on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's. Was only able to do Monday morning while on holiday and so glad I did. Anya is so sweet and yoga was such a nice way to start out the day. The location is beautiful as well. She send a pano photo which will make a very nice remembrance.

we spent a month on Kauai and enjoyed yoga classes every second day with Anya. Sunrise yoga was the best way to start our day and Anya and Andre were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable (even loaning us their yoga mats). We are definitely beginners but loved the experience!
