It was fun to watch and doesn't take long to see it spout....fun to shop at the little tents that were set up along the walk.

Visiting this time in the summer when the surf is up along the south shore (rather than the north shore in the winter) where Spouting Horn is located made for a much more dramatic visit as water exploded up through the hole in the roof of a lava tube. I see Spouting Horn every year for 10 years and it is as interesting as when I first saw it.

Has a great outdoor shopping area. Most vendors are willing to bargain

Had a nice set of waves crash into the Spouting Horn. Saw some monk seals. Nearby Beach Restaurant is very nice.

Wave comes in, water shoots up though a hole, then you go buy cheap trinkets from the vendors. This is largely a family event spot that is easy to visit with children. There is also a grassy area to eat.

Very cool place, as the wave crash into the blow hole & get sucked back out it makes a heavy breathing sound. Pretty cool

This is not the biggest blowhole in the state however it is a must see as a learning experience. The park is small and overrun by chickens, but once past the parking area hearing the sea rush under the lava and then watching it spout through is worth the drive.
