Ok so we went there tonight and we were the only people in there. It is about $15 per drink however the security and service staff were pretty good to us. We were the only people in there apart from 1 other couple. Drink was served in plastic cup. This place is hard to find as its a fair way... More

Like every other nightclub on the planet, Timba has busy nights and slow ones. One of the reasons we are only open 3 nights a week is that Maui does not have the party population to support any more for a nightclub. Thursday nights are busy if we have a special show, live act, etc. Otherwise, they are a lounge... More

Making people wait in line for a half hour is one thing. I get that, maybe you're busy. But then making them wait in line while all the VIP guests go in freely... alright, well, they pay more, I get that too (but at least have TWO employees checking in both VIP and 'average' people at the same time..). The only nights we have a $30 cover charge are those of special events (Halloween, celeb DJ, etc). Those VIPs you are referring to are guests that bought their tickets or reserved their tables in advance, and yes they enter more quickly than general admission as is done in every other club in the world. With choices for quality nightlife on Maui few and far between Timba is an oasis in a desert of wanna-bees that rip you off at the door with cover charges that do not bolster expectations coming in - begging the question what did a just pay $$ for !?

Went to Timba on a Friday night.... did bottle service. Such a wicked club. Here are the highlights: 1. Wicked service staff 2. Awesome tunes - DJ Q Ross is soooo wicked. 3. I absolutely loved this place, exquisite in every way possible, the view, the service, the ambience .. recommend this 5 star Lounge to all . The music was top chart, and a fantastic dance floor ..Thank you for such exciting memories!!

to start... i used to hate techno and house music, so everytime my friends wanted to go to Timba i was kinda sketchy. but over the past few months I've been coming to Timba I actually started to like the music. they have a nice setting with Tables and VIP. nice dance floor/lights, and a fan (amen) staff is nice...... The best dance floor on the island bar none, what other club has a view of the ocean, with the best DJ's. Get there early because it fills up quickly. Staff is friendly and professional. I always enjoy going. Dress to impress. It's a fun Saturday night.

All I can say is DAMN! This place is insane! I have been reading through the comments on here and think its so funny, "Im mad cause I couldnt get in!" Hahaha.
