Great location, and careful instruction. Missed, however, one salient point - the wave will hold you up. I had to figure the out on my own - would have helped to have had that tidbit earlier.

We had Carter as our instructor. He was rude, impatient and literally yelled at us for not following proper surfing techniques. Funny considering we were all first-time surfers. He clearly dislikes his job and doesn't have the patience for it. I'd recommend the school but ask for a different instructor.
