We had a great time on the Hana trip with Ekahi. The day went pretty quickly, we never felt like it was slow or boring. We just returned from the Road to Hana all day trip. The sights are beautiful and our tour guide (Charlie) was absolutely the best we have had anywhere. We debated doing the Road to Hana on our own or with a tour company. Decided that the driver would not get to see much - since all the reviews said you need to totally concentrate on driving. Good decision on our part and we would recommend doing this with a tour company - especially one that uses smaller vehicles... more
