Fantastic day trip. Drove to Dole plantation, then up to the North Shore following the beach south to the center. Excellent guided tour by UofH students with lots of interactive presentations followed by buffet dinner and then an excellent show

My family and I were majorly disappointed in the food offered here... We ate light all day in anticipation of a wonderful meal, including kailua pig.. We had a great time--reserve early--the seats are assigned by first come, first serve reservations to get a good close seat.
