fabulous historic building. inside the mayor (or whomever) performs weddings, and in this amazing restored fabulous domed room you can see lots of wedding parties going up and down a grand staircase. fun for a short visit. asian art museum behind civic center.

“Lots of homeless, beggers and street vendors selling used food...”

So when I first arrived, I thought to myself where there hell am I staying. There were a lot of homeless people and beggers around. The streets are dirty, but there were plenty of street cleaning crew to help. There are plenty of street performers to entertain you.
