We rented 4 street, mountain bikes for the day to bike over the Golden Gate Bridge. We had no problem with any of them. The "fanny pack" attached to the front of the handle bars had ample room for camera's, wallets, food, water bottles, etc. The bikes had multiple gears and decent, comfy seats. Locks and helmets were included in... More

Patrick our guide was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I had been to SF 3 times before but had never taken a bike ride. This is the way to see the beach, park, bridge, and Sausalito. We were a party of 14. We all found this relaxing and educational. Very responsible guide with durable bikes. A must. Thanks to Manny too.

My sister and I planned to bike from the wharf, across golden gate, into sausalito, grab the ferry back to the wharf and be back in time for a 6:30 show. We were told it would be about a 2 hour bike ride, which it was, however when we got to Sausalito they told us the ferry was booked until... More

Hubby and I wondered in on a cool crisp Wednesday morning and decided to get bikes and attempt to make it across the Golden Gate Bridge. The guy helping us was very helpful and advised us on which bikes would be better for us. We were leaning towards the tandem but setteled on individual bikes. We were given a short... More

First, the person helping us get bikes was awesome. He had another couple there and him trying to help us both at the same time was impressive and then some people came in to drop off bikes. While he was trying to spread himself to all of us, the Owner I believe was just staring at a computer screen with... More

I was looking for a local shop with higher end real mountain bikes to faciltate a group ride for 5 seasoned mountain bikers. We were all in town for a conference and wanted some fun before all the meetings kicked in. Larry Dahm as the trip organizer and Darryll White, the CEO of Bike 'n Roll, took a personal interest... Beware of being ripped off here. With a little bit of research we could've got something more reasonable in price. There was add on after add on. Keep in mind if you aren't going to ride back across the bridge you will pay ferry fees too.

My teenage son and I decided to add a special event to our spring break visit to San Francisco -- a bike ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. Although we ride bikes around our community, we didn't feel comfortable manueuvering through a busy city on bikes when we didn't know our way around. So we contacted a few bike rental... More

We rented 2 Trek comfortable bikes from Bike and Roll right outside our Hyatt hotel. Go online to reserve your bikes and save some $. We rented for the whole day (9-5) but were only biking less than half the time. We stopped at Pier 39 to take in the tulips, the Palace of Fine Arts to stroll, and Fort... More
