So, this place offers 2-4-1 drinks until 9pm every night. I asked for my drinks in one large glass. NO CAN DO! Against the bar's rules. They could mix a double in a short glass, they sold 6 packs of beer to customers in the bar, but they would not put a double in a tall glass, and they would... More

Midnight Sun is my favorite bar in the Castro. In addition the friendly staff and great music and comedy clips, it's a great place to meet people.

After living here for a few years now, I have come to realize that although the bar has a nice enough neighborhood appeal, the bar tenders are the worst. “I love the Midnight Sun”

It the best place to catch Queer as Folk, Queer Eye For The Straight Guy and Sex And The City. It's a friendly atmosphere whether your there to cruise or to smooze. The men are very sexy and the blonde barback is especially cute.
