I went to Tosca two years ago while I was walking for first time in North Beach - SF, the atmosphere is fantastic, old fashion bar, tables and decoration all this blended with the opera music brings you back 100-150 years in time.
They have a great selection of wines, spirits, etc and the bartenders are very nice.
