The prices were reasonable - the sales person was personable, professional and Knowledgeable. We had the bikes about 3 1/2 hours & they let us have the lower price with a half hour free...not many places would do that! The bikes were well maintained and properly equiped. Loved this place!

Family of 6 rented bikes. The tag-a-long for our 7year old was perfect for her! The rental was easy,they gave us a coupon,had two locations for drop-off. Friendly staff. Informative,helpful. The bikes were comfortable. Got a flat at the end of the ride. Would definitely rent from Bay City Bikes again.

I rented a good road bike for a day trip across the Golden Gate Bridge thru Sausalito, then to Tiburon and then back to Sausalito for the ferry back to San Francisco. Beautiful day. Great bike that fit me better than my bike at home does. Friendly, helpful staff.

We really enjoyed the bike ride through San Francisco, over the Golden Gate bridge, and onto Sausalito for lunch, where we rejuvenated before heading back downtown! Great experience and good vacation exercise. FYI: If you dont feel like biking back there is a ferry from Sausalito to downtown San Francisco.
