We chose the city tour from this company while we were in San Francisco and our tour guide, Gary, was simply outstanding. Very personable, very knowledgable, and highly professional. We thoroughly enjoyed it and considered it one of the best city tours we've ever been on.

Our tour guides name was Mary and she was a wealth of information about the entire SF Bay area, but especially about Sonoma and Napa Valley's. She was prompt with the pickup time and the tour did take about 9 1/2 hours. (but the time flew by) Our tour bus had eleven seats and ten were filled. A father and... More

In a few words, we had a blast with our tour guide Cynithia as she took me and 8 other family members and friends on a two day tour of San Francisco, Muir Woods, The Golden Gate Bridge, and Sausaltio. She's extremely knowledgeable and interesting with a great sense of humor. We truly enjoyed her company and would recommned her... More

Our tour guide, Cynthia was the worst. She was so negative. It was still a lovely time and the wineries were fantastic!

A friend and I took the Sonoma/Napa Wine Tour and it was wonderful! Well worth the $99 when you factor in a day's worth of driving, sit down lunch, and tasting fees at three places. It was a full day, from 9 to after 5, and very much worth the time! We enjoyed meeting other people in our group of... More

This tour appealed to us because it was a smaller group. It was in a van with 12 people and they picked us up in our hotel on Bush street. We went to two spots in Sonoma and Chandon in Napa. Peter was our guide and did a great job. It was informative and fun. It was reasonably priced at... More

I booked the Napa Valley wine tour this January with Great Pacific, but unfortunately on the day I booked I was the only one, so the tour did not run. This was disappointing, but the company's solution to this was absolutely fantastic. First, they offered to transfer my tour to another day, and when it was clear I was not... More

I do not normally take guided tours. However, I wanted to go to Muir Woods and did not want to rent a car to go by myself. I chose the Great Pacific Tour Co. because they use mini vans instead of large buses. I highly recommend visiting Muir Woods - great nature (redwoods) close to San Francisco. But the purpose... More

We went on a day trip from San Francisco through Great Pacific Tour Co. The day started well, stopping in Sonoma at two wineries. We had lunch in Sonoma and then on to Napa. We were quite disappointed on being told we were going only to Domain Chandon because don't most people on going to Napa want to experience the... More

Booked a Wine Country tour for myself and 2 gf's after being referred by another company that couldn't take our reservation. Compared to the large bus tour we took last year with SuperSightseeing, there is no comparison! This journey was so much more relaxing with surprising touches that were special. Peter was our driver/guide on a 13 pax luxe van.... More
