I work in this neighborhood. Sometimes when I feel like exercising I would walk on this secluded street before I head over to downtown to catch the bus home. It offers me a place and time to unwind after a day of teaching.

“Nothing to see”

This was a disappointment. Don't bother going! We walked for three blocks, and it was all uphill, just to see a short street with buildings on both sides. There were signs which said: "Private property, do not enter". Big deal!

If you are walking on Russian Hill be sure to make a point to walk down this charming alley. It is so unique- I feel like I am transported to Europe when I am there.
