Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Half of the trampoline park was closed but charge full price. Had 4 boys ranging from 5-16. They were bored after 15 minutes. Very disappointing.

We had a horrible experience there where a 10 year old girl was pelted with balls from young testosterone filled teenage boys. The staff did NOTHING to control the situation. I suppose the house of air is a perfectly fine place for teenagers and young adults who can handle themselves but DON'T go if you care about the safety and well being of your kids.

We took a 9 year old and 5 year old to House of Air, expecting it would be similar to trampoline places we have visited in Seattle. This place is very restrictive unless you’re over the age of 7. Our 5 year old was only allowed in one small area which seemed unnecessary given she “bounces” all the time and is a certified “bouncer” by the American Bouncing Association.

What a special place. We took the place over for a private party of about 75 little ones, teenagers, adults aged from 3 to 80 and and all had a blast! Lots of variations on the trampoline theme.

The only other trampoline park we've been to is Rize in HongKong which is excellent. House of Air is very good with very helpful staff, good supervision and safety measures and decent amount of space. We were disappointed that our 4.5yr son had to use a separate area and we therefore could not all do this as a family. Other Jan that it's good fun and do try out the dodge ball game!

I found this on Google Maps while planning a visit to the Disney Family Museum nearby. My kids (age 10 and 11) ad a total blast and have begged to go back each day of our holiday. We have never been to a place like this so I cannot compare to other places. Small café was great to buy water. All employees super friendly and paying attention to safety.

Came here for a day of fun since it was raining, and I was here traveling with two teen girls. They had an awesome time - while it seemed pretty safe (for a trampoline park) because kids followed the rules pretty well, the staff wasn't yelling at people unnecessarily. The trampolines were a nice size, and the place was pretty clean. The only thing they didn't like was the awesome looking training area that they weren't allowed to go into; especially since they are gymnasts and couldn't have had a lot of fun there - it taunted them! The staff were very nice when I went to sign up. TIP: sign as soon as you know you want to go as they do fill up. Socks are included now, not optional. Make your kids take little breaks (my oldest never got off, and got sick from over doing it later). Bring a book or something, as they have tea for sale, and comfortable seating (there was a couch upstairs that other parents didn't seem to know about).

Took out daughter here for a few hours on vacation. Great place to get some energy out. Pricey, but well worth it.

My dog walker suggested I take my 11-year niece here when she was in town visiting. I had no idea that this pace existed. It's SO cool!! If I had been dressed properly, I would have joined in. It's an indoor trampoline park located in the Presidio down my Chrissy Field. There is ample street and meter parking outside the front door. It was $20 for an hour, which included a $2 pair of socks. Trampoline dodgeball was going on in the area next door, and that looked pretty fun and cool as well. The rules are clearly explained and staff closely monitor all "jumpers" to ensure they are following the rules. It would be a greta place to go with friends or host a birthday party as they have picnic tables and lockers. I highly recommend House of air if you're looking for some laughers and some fun or something different to do for an hour or so while in San Francisco.
