Super outing with Mike from Magpie! We had different experience levels going in, and the rides Mike selected were fun and challenging. Our day was a terrific combination of slickrock and trail riding, with great views, and informative insights on geology, terrain, weather, and nature. Really enjoyable, and highly recommended!

Just rode 4 days with Mike and can't say enough about the whole experience. Unmatched local knowledge, top-of-the-line equipment, rides customized for your skill and fitness levels, and more photo ops than you'll have time to capture. Don't waste your time or money with anyone else. Mike, Mike and Maggie do it better than anyone!

My family, including 12 year old twins have just completed a 3 day adventure with Magpie Cycling. We had a blast! Maggie was a wonderful host - not only does she love her job, she also cares enormously for the environment she works in. She taught us mountain biking skills, prepared fabulous food, was full of interesting information about the... More

What a difference it made to hire Magpie Cycling for our Moab adventures; I am so glad we didn't do this on our own. My husband and teenage son and I are all beginner mountain bikers with different fitness levels. Our guide, Mike, helped us rent really nice bikes that he adjusted for each of us. We took 2 day... Enjoyed every part of the day my friend and I spent with Maggie from Magpie. At the bike shop: We were fitted to bikes - the staff was friendly and professional, yet laid back. The trip out to the trails - Maggie is so friendly and easy to be around (even for a couple of introverts) The riding experience -... More

So this is a review of when I asked Magpie to cater my backcountry wedding, but tells of how they treat and handle all their clients! My husband and I chose a very remote location for our wedding, a ranch in the middle of the Utah desert (aka, nowhere). Roughly 35 miles down a dirt road, and 70 miles from... More

First trip to Moab with two friends. Maggie was excellent. Wonderful, cheerful attitude. She was very conscious of our skill levels but always urged us to push ourselves a little. I did more than I thought I could. She took us places we didn't think we could go. As a result we tackled trails by oursleves the rest of the... More

This was our second trip with Magpie Adventures; this time it was the White Rim in Canyonlands. Bottom line: Mike and Maggie were wonderful in every way. Again. The food they prepared was incredible, and they were very conscious of individual dietary needs. They were very knowledgeable about the history of the area; they pointed out lots of things that... We took at 5+ hour trip with Mike. We are 61 and have never gone mountain biking before, although we enjoy casual biking. Mike was attentive to our apprehensiveness and learning curve needs. He was encouraging and patient. We had a wonderful day and would love to mountain bike again!

I took my 15 year old son for our first mountain biking experience. It was fantastic. Maggie is a very enthusiastic and positive and dedicated person. She made the whole experience challenging yet totally fun. The value relative to cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate recommending Maggie to anyone!
