Lovely park! We went in November and it wasn't crowded at all. Great weather too. The main hike we did was to Delicate Arch (with a toddler in a baby backpack). It was a great hike. Not too strenuous and not too easy. For the people from Phoenix- I thought it was easier than hiking Camelback. more

Arches National Park is well worth the time it takes to travel through it. The arches are breathtaking and it is just plain fun to hike the trails up to each arch. We were there for one day and felt that we could have used another to see everything. more

We stayed in Moab while touring Utah. It's an attractive town with lots of and lots of motels and fewer restaurants. Location is great for visiting Arches and the other wonderful Utah parks.
