I had a BLAST kayaking through Ayers Creek Adventures. I was part of a group of 7 who showed up on a miserable rainy afternoon, rented 3 tandems and 1 single, and was out paddling around within 30 minutes of getting there. Yes, it rained on us, and yes, it would have been more fun had it been a nice... More

My family took the Sunset kayak tour. What an unbelievable time. We saw eagles, heron and a number of other wildlife on the tour. Best of all you didn't have to be an experience kayaker.

Suzy and Steve ,(the owners) intimately know their waterway. We meandered through the marsh grass effortlessly under the watchful glare of Egrets and Herons . Steve knew the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The full moon rose and the water turned to silver during our return to our launching spot. A giant camp fire was crackling and wine and... More

I went with a group of friends on a lovely Saturday morning in October. It was my first time to that part of Maryland and I was so impressed by it's serene beauty. The guides gave a wonderful tour with plenty of interesting details about Ayers Creek. I was initially nervous about kayaking but the guides were so reassuring and... More

Spent a beautiful fall morning with our guide, Steve Taylor, who by the way was superb. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to life on the creek. Was amazed to see all of the wildlife, especially a bald eagle. As a novice kayaker, I would recommend this for all ages young and old, either with the family or a... More

Spent a weekend doing pink paddle at the Taylor's Ayers Creek Adventures with our guides Suzy and Steven. Not only was the trip fun (we saw many bird species and different land animals), but was informative regarding the environment. They couple their knowledge of the surrounding areas with their love of nature and combine the two to make a wonderful... More

Steve Taylor was our guide, and he is also the owner. Even though we arrived 15 minutes early, he was ready for us. We chose to take 3 2 person kayaks. After a quick explanation of how to use the paddles, we were off. On our trip we saw 4 bald eagles, 3 osprey, and various other birds. Also along... More
