Lots of unsavory characters lurking in the area, poor on-street parking and not-safe looking parking deck. The facility appears to need renovation.

“Parking is always expensive and hard to find!!”

I haven't been there since the newest renovations so I cannot say it is very run down as I saw it a year ago. But the other issue is the parking...IF you get in the parking deck, you will pay dearly during special events. If not, good luck with streetside parking!

I saw a few concerts over the past year at this venue you and even though it's an older building we still had a blast. All the vendors and staff were polite and we had a great time.
