If you are a civil war history buff, this is your place! Been going here since I was a kid. Enjoy it every time I go.

This one is nice but there are a couple surrounding battlefields that are much larger with more historical items displayed. Still worth the visit.

If you're a Civil War buff and you're passing through Tupelo, it's nice to stop by this park, but there isn't much to it. The little park is just one spot on the battlefield. The rest is now homes and businesses. The Natchez Trace Parkway visitors center and the Brice's Crossroads Battlefield visitors center have much more information about what... More

My son has become a bit of a war buff and since where in Tupelo for something else he wanted to see this. We didn't expect much and that was good since their wasn't much to expect. I even felt sort of silly looking at it.

Consisting of a large monument/map, with two cannon for decorations, the information on it tells about the 1864 Civil War battle that took place there. This is the only portion of the battlefield that survives. It, and Brice's Crossroads National Battlefield Site, located to the north, are... More
