Like a lot of people who visit Sea World, I went with doubts about the place and thought I would disapprove of the way the animals were kept and trained, but once I was there my doubts were soon replaced with complete awe for the place! I'm a firm believer that if an animal doesn't want to do something, it... More

We had a great time. Payed a little more to have dinner with Shamu and also did a guided tour which let us feed turtles play with the dolphins which was the most wonderful experience and feed the eels! I highly recommend paying a little more to play with the dolphins (get these tickets early as they sell out fast).... More

We went to SeaWorld San Diego to see Shamu. Even though we were there in March, it was a sunny day and as we sat in the wet zone, I took my shirt off and my wife put on her North Face. Either of these will work otherwise sit in the dry zone. The rest of the theme park was... More

Much smaller of a park than I remember, but perfect size for my 3 and 1/2 twin toddlers! The shows were perfect and kept their attention. The dolphin pool in the middle of the park was awesome!! Everytime we walked by, we had to stop to try to touch the dolphins. I could see that this place would get boring... More

It's been 20+ years since we've been to San Diego. Fortunately we purchased flex passes for 3 of the major parks at Costco. Sea World is pretty pricey otherwise to take a family to. The first ride we waited in line for was having technical difficulties. We were told to wait in line. Eventually it became apparent that the difficulties... More

We enjoyed wandering around the park - it wasn't as big as what we had expected. The shows were good. My partner did the interactive program with the beluga whales - she loved it and would recommend it. We didn't haven't children with us and saw everything in half a day.

I havent been here is a long while. We used to go every year when our kids were small but as they became teenagers sea world wasnt "cool". It is mostly a kids orriented theme park so start out by forgeting that your a responsible adult and just have fun. You cannot possibly see and do everything in one day,... More

Great day out. If you have children, put this on your list of places to see. The penguins were so much fun to watch. I loved everything about Seaworld. So much fun!

You go to Sea World for Shamu, but the show has been abbreviated and is not what it used to be. The rest of the park left something to be desired. Many of the exhibit showed their age, with dingy carpet and peeling paint.

We were able to fit in 2 shows before our little man got tired. Shamu we saw first and second was the Dolphin show at Blue Horizons. He was mesmerized the whole show. I got a thrill just watching him watch the show, smiling and laughing and clapping most of the time. We probably liked this park better than the... More
