The Bubble Lounge is a cute spot to meet for a romantic drink with a date but it was so extremely expensive ($15 was the least expensive drink on the menu) that I do not recommend it for a night out or for groups. The food was actually not bad (I recommend the duck sandwich but be forewarned it's listed...

We stumbled on the location by accident, and were treated well. Decor is wonderful, the champagne menu is varied and interesting. Music/atmosphere/wait staff all were interesting and made for a nice evening. Steps away from the Franklin St subway station.
