It is quiet and unique with wonderful, interesting little shops. We had a great lunch and then found a fun little pub for an afternoon... More

My wife and I were exploring the city during our honeymoon stay and we got lost due to bogus directions. To this day we both don't know how we ended up in Greenwich Village, but we're glad we did. It's a cool, quiet and relaxing little village with plenty to see. If you want to do some shopping, there are... More

One of the spots I liked more in New York, must be a nice place to live in, while being close to the chaotic city center. Plenty of cafés and restaurants

The village is nice, quiet & residential. Nice renovations on Barrow St. The condos used to be a truck depot in the 1970's. Hope they renovate Hotel Keller @ 150 Barrow. Nice property just nreeds renovation. Waterfront is nice.

There are new shops and restaurants opening constantly. The hunt is so much fun as the discovery always uncovers some gem of a store.

This is the place you should go if you want to see real hometown New York. The brownstones and shops are delightful and the area still hosts lots of cafes.
