This review is for Bliss 49. So, what to start with? Pros - the staff was pleasant (but couldn't stop chatting although I politely mentioned I wanted to relax); good location; on time. Cons - the place needs some serious work - 2 showers not working; the whole setting is really not convenient (no place to put your towel while... More

The staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way. Tomoko is great; she is polite, pleasant and professional.

Massage at Bliss Spa on Lexington was awful. Feel bad naming the therapist, but will say he was a male. Started late, ended early. Technique was awful. So bad, almost asked to leave in the middle of it, but felt awkward. Facility was disappointing too. 2 of 4 showers out of order, lockers tiny, amenities lacking. Whole place needed a... More

Bliss was a bust! Could not book a business group spa day with weeks notice. After confirming availability they never returned any calls. I did not know till the night before that they could not handle a group and offered limited service of their choice. They added stress to what should have been relaxing and became stressful. I was close... More

Expensive... but I have had some amazing massages there. Several locations in the city so you don't just have to go to the one in SoHo. I am a fan of the Blissage75. ahhhhhh...

I should start by saying this review is for the Bliss Spa at the W Hotel on Lexington. There isn't a listing on tripadvisor for this location but I figure if anyone goes to any of them, they can expect the same thing. I went last night with my boyfriend for the pedicures they offer. My boyfriend never had one... More

The facial technicians must be commissioned to upsell services. My friend and I were both sold the same additional $65 treatment to our$120 facial although we were told we had different skin types and issues. There was no friendliness or personality to the service, although the front desk people are nice. The building and the spa itself does not give... More

A great suprise b-day present from Hubby! Bliss is my fav. This was my first visit to the Soho site and may be my last. Got turned off by the traffic (I had a 1:30 Saturday appt.) I would take Bliss 49 or 57 solely based on the traffic. Soho and 5th Ave have their posh stores but I prefer... More

My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday (9/9), on my birthday with a massage and facial. I got stuck at work in NJ and with the Friday traffic in the city I called to reschedule but Bliss Soho would not work with me and instead charged my boyfriends credit card. While I do understand the cancellation policy, I would have... More

Bliss is a very comfortable place. Aldona is amazing!!!!! She is the BEST in the city !!!It's very difficult for me to find someone that does my brows well but she always does an amazing job! She knows exactly how to wax them to match your face, and she is a perfectionist - not satisfied until every hair is in... More
