Mark and Jenny are great hosts with a genuine passion for pizza and teaching. The class was filled with "pearls" to make a great pizza. This is the perfect class for the experienced home-gamer to the absolute novice pizza maker. The skills and technoques that Mark and Jenny teach you are easily transferred to your home kitchen. The only problem... More

Having attempted to make pizza at home before with varying results, this seemed like a good way to brush up on our skills, and a fun way to spend an afternoon in NYC! The course is brilliantly delivered. You do get to try some pizza as you go along. It is quite pricey, however when you consider what is thrown... More

Don't leave NYC without visiting Pizza a Casa. The staff are passionate about pizza making and made the whole experience memorable. Only wished I had bought some of your pizza making tools while I was there.

We found Pizza a Casa on trip advisor while planning our trip to New York earlier this year. Reviews seemed excellent, although we were a bit unsure due to the price. My partner wasn't sure but I thought "come on - lets try it out! It'll be great to say we've learnt to make pizza's in NYC!" So we booked... More

Mark and his team do a great job. Very entertaining, and recipes are easy to execute, even for the novice cook. If you're looking to do something in New York City - a definite must.

The room is set up perfectly for 12 students. Mark the teacher was informative and very pleasant. We learned a lot of about pizza making and took home lots of information and dough.

I gave my husband tickets for this for Valentine's Day. I don't think he was too excited about it but was a good sport and went into it with an open mind. We had such a great time and it far exceeded our expectations. Mark, Jenny and Mike were great. We learned so much and can't wait to get home... More

When we first read this class was four hours long we thought “Really, four hours? How in the world could it be that long?” Next thing we know…class is over and we said to each other “How did four hours go so fast?!” I’ll tell you how…having fun! We learned, we ate, we laughed!

My wife bought a gift certificate for us to take a pizza making class. When she gave it to me I thought "what happened, no Yankees tickets left???". Well, I can say that this was an unexpected pleasure. The twelve us were treated to an interesting, fun filled four hours. Mark and his staff shared their knowledge, and the result... More
