We booked via email and got a response very quickly. We were told where to meet and the bus was there waiting. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. The places we visited and the sights we saw we would never have experienced without this tour. The coffee shop at the end was great and just topped things off....

Includes a pastry at DiRobertis. Let us take you for a ride around town to show you the spots where the Mob made Manhattan. We’ll stop five times through the city, starting with the area formerly known as the Five Points, the most notorious slum in the world from the 1810′s to 1870′s and later the center of Sicilian and Neopolitan Mob culture in Little Italy. Then we head across to the Lower East Side to walk through the once gritty streets where to Gotham’s greatest Jewish gangsters cut their teeth, and through the East Village to hear how organized crime became American and got organized. In Midtown, we’ll make a quick stop to hear a reenactment of the dramatic murder of Paul Castellano before we continue on to East Harlem for more stories of blood and bullets. The trip winds down in the Italian West Village to learn a little about the downturn of the Mob’s influence before and since the Soprano days. My husband and I went on the Jewish Gangsters walking tour. Gideon (our guide) was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We were given a good description of the meeting point and found it no problem. This is one of the highlights of our trip!

We went on the East Village Walking Tour between 6-8pm on Saturday 8th October '11. We met our tour guide Patrick and the rest of the group outside De Roberti's and off we went for an informative and entertaining couple of hours through the streets of New York learning about the Mafia's history in the city.

Did the bus tour on Saturday 10th September using our New York passes. We booked in advance and gave our pass numbers on the day. Gideon was very informative and we felt the tour was well worth doing. Would certainly recommend

Well, this tour sure is doing well. We emailed for a tour and received confirmation for the NYC Mob Tour by bus. We showed up at the designated meeting location.My wife and I as well as others were all present and on time but the tour guide was anything but. Turns out the tour was cancelled...again.
