So much fun. Gabe gives you a great tour including the history of the movement, the lingo, the keys to understanding what graffiti really is. Tour changes in function of what is new on the street. A real treat.

My friends and I took the tour of nolita/noho/LES today. The tour was informative and fun! Gabe gave an informative, inside view of the street art/graffiti world. This walking tour took about 90 minutes and gave us the opportunity to see the works of Shepard Fairey, ROA, Giant One, a tribute to Steve Jobs, as well as Invader. I was...

It sucked. I'm glad I had bought a groupon and didn't pay the full price. I don't know if it's because I am from Philly and grew up on graffiti but this tour didn't really provide graffiti. It showed us 2 or 3 small tags and 3 murals. It was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't suggest it....

Bring camera! Bring paper and pen to take notes. Talk with other people who also love graffiti. Enjoy!
I went on a private graffiti tour in Philadelphia a few weeks ago. It was a great change of pace from the usually "tourist-y" things. I definitely recommend it and passed it on to everyone I spoke with after my trip. Very informative, yet laid-back and fun.
Very interesting, if you are interested in street art this is a tour for you.
Spent a great afternoon with Gabe around SoHo / NoHO / Nolita and saw some cool pieces, learned a lot about graffiti and street art, and took lots of photos I was pleased with. Was a great way to see a different part of the city as well, including a few streets and corners that the tourist map just won't...

i surprised my boyfriend with two tours in one day (LES and SOHO) and we both really enjoyed it. Gabe is a great guide. we're looking forward to checking out the other ones soon.
I took 6 children 9 - 21 on the Brooklyn Tour and it was the highlight of our trip to NY. We were all inspired artistically and have been working on our own pieces now back in Michigan. It was a unique and very cool family thing to do outside of the the touristy status quo and I would recommend...
