Great food and fantastic music, just might be back the next time in town...

... We went and saw the Mingus Orchestra and they are fantastic and the room creates an unparalleled ambiance. The shows however are an hour for $25 each and the servers lack attention to the tables. I would have loved another round. If your okay with the hour show or no to expect that it is fantastic.

Jazz standard is in a creeky old Chelsea basement. Jazz quality can vary but often is good. Food is the best in any jazz club in NY. BBQ from Blue Smoke is great. Pick your night, have some food and enjoy.
