Tried to go here several times but it was super busy so we came back first thing when there wasn't a Q. The staff were helpful and fast and we got the information and tickets we wanted quickly... it was a little cold/impersonal in terms of service though.

The Times Square area has been totally changed into a great place to meet up with your friends, hang out to people watfch, sit for a while in the bleachers or at small tables for a snack...alll in a safe, clean, cheerful space. Nearby is the discount ticket booth and surrounding you are the fabulous New York Broadway shows, not... More

I didn't realize there was a visitor's center or what was there until a couple of NY Public Works personnel on Times Square told me about it. Not much to see inside. There is a very small display of historical items from Broadway plays/musicals of the past in the front entrance. The main reason to go inside is for information... More

Wilbur welcomed us to NYC when we walked in. He offered to take our pictures in front of the original crystal ball, and then invited me to write my wish on a piece of confetti. He explained that my wish will be put in the current crystal ball on New Year's Eve. When we asked for a recommendation for a... More

I went in to get some visitor brochures/travel information and found they had a replica of the New Year’s Eve lighted ball. It looks like a theater on the inside and tickets to shows can be purchased there. It was a pleasant surprise.

This stop is a must do if you have never been to New York and have seen Time Square on TV during New Years. There is lots of great stuff to learn about Time Square but the best part is the Up close look that you get of the New Years Eve Ball That dropped that year. Also a chance... More

Lots of helpful tourist information! We were able to navigate around easier after visiting here. Loved seeing the New Year Eve Ball there on display.

I love this place. Nobody seems to know it exists, but it's where the New Year's Waterford Ball is housed. There are some interactive exhibits & a historical movie chronicling Times Square. The best feature is the (FREE) tissue paper you write your hope or dream on and the bulletin board they get tacked onto. This is what the confetti... More
