We just finished a four day vacation in New York. My wife and I decided to try Grayline because of referrals from friends. We paid $166 for 48 hours of grayline use, including: Statue of Liberty admission, Empire State building or Top of the Rock admission, Seaport museum admission, and a couple of discounts. Be advised that any option that... more

Our family has been on several Greyline tours in NYC, Washington D.C and other major cities in the past and have enjoyed our experience. Upon arriving in NYC this past week, we decided to do take advantage of a day trip to Philadelphia & Amish Country that was offered by Greyline. We had 3 adults, one 6 year old and... more

Yesterday my wife & I reboarded the Gray Line at the South Street Sea Port on the Gray Line. Jose- giving the tour was actually yelling LOUD, crazy rhetoric up into the microphone. He offered a lot of interesting history about East Village, Greenwich Village etc. but was very loud, rude, obnoxious and crass. His comments and demeanor was very... more

We just got back from our first trip to NYC. The double decker bus's are the best way to see the city, however all of them are not equal. With the tour package we purchased we were able to hop on and off for a 48 hour period. We definitely saw a lot. However all of the "tour guides" gave... more

We did the Downtown Loop Tour. It was very cold on top of the bus, but we were able to see so much of the city in the short time that we had. The tour was hop on/hop off, so we took advantage and hopped off at a couple of the more popular attractions. Since we hopped on and off... more

Don't waste your money..took the uptown loop for $44..tour consists of goofy jokes by tour guide with almost no information about the area (other than the name of the building and if someone famous lived there). mostly listened to corny jokes by the guide and stupid trivia comments about the area....save your money and don't board more

We did the 48 hour tour which included the uptown, downtown and Brooklyn loops.I booked the tickets online which meant having to go to the office to collect them. However they don't tell you to have photo ID with you otherwise they won't issue the tickets. I had to run back to our hotel to get my passport. I would... more

I went with my family in this colored bus but, although they daid You can board again every place , it was impossible as the buses were completely crowed. After an hour wait i give up and continued by taxi. The saddest of all was when i tried to complain, at the central, the hostess said "that's New York, you... more

My husband, my friend, and I took a 1/2 day city tour a few weeks ago. The tour director did an excellent job guiding the group through the city and his knowledge and explanations were excellent. However, please inservice your employees as to what is acceptable and what is offensive when representing Greyline as an employee. The following are some... more
