I really enjoyed the Big Apple Circus's tour in Boston last week. The big top offers intimate seating, so everyone has a great view, and it is also helpful to manage the audience participation during the performance. The acrobats and the juggler were highlights for me, and my five year old daughter loved the clown, Grandma. I would definitely see... More

Big Apple Circus 2012. Not a as good as other years. low budget, expensive for what you get. Don't expend your money on it.

The show was excellent! My 3 and 5 year old had a ball. Perfect for young children.

This was our first time seeing the Big Apple Circus. I really didn't know what to expect. I figured there would be some clowns and general silliness. It was so much more than that. The show was very professionally done, and the action was non-stop. It was funny, exciting, thrilling, and well beyond anything I could have imagined! I heartily... More

This is a wonderful experience for kids, especially little ones. It's in a small venue and the kids sit close enough to the acts to be thrilled but not so close that they're afraid. There are no drugged or mistreated wild animals like there are in the larger arena circuses (you know the ones...) and all the acts are enormously... More

This is a one-ring circus in the old European style. The focus is on acrobatics and clowning, and it's just delightful. Our 6 and 7 year old girls were entranced. The tickets are a lot less expensive than for Broadway shows, and I think they had as much fun as they would have at The Lion King. All the seats... More

Polished acts that will amaze and delight children and the child-at-heart. Re-live your "I wanna run away with the circus" phase for a night at the BAC.

What a way to spend New Years Eve in New York. What a brilliant show, never laughed so much in my life. To see the look on my childrens' faces was worth every cent. We saw the Moscow circus in Australia and it was a real disappointment. This circus was the real deal. Animals, amazing acrobatics, beautiful costumes and "Grandma"... More
