This is classic Broadway at its best. A wonderful production, beautiful sets, terrific music. If you're visiting NYC, this is one of NY's staples that you need to check off your bucket list. I have to admit as far as musicals go, I prefer something a little more upbeat, but this was a great show nonetheless. I would not suggest... More

The show was fine - I saw it a few years ago at the Kennedy Center, and it's hard to beat that performance. But it was fun to see the show again.

The longest running musical in NYC- definitely has its reasons why its around for such a long time. One of the good things about it is- tickets for this show can always been found discounted. However I wouldn't suggest buying a $25-$30 value seats, you'll end up seating in the last row on the second gallery, a way high up... More

Every moment of this performance was incredible, and I somehow felt so privileged to witness and feel such beautiful and deep emotions as I watched in awe this magnificent production...

So...this is the second time I've seen this show. The first was in 1990, a touring company in Chicago. This was the first time seeing it on Broadway. Over the years I'd forgotten a bit of it, so it was still a new experience for me in some regards. But I will say this...twice is enough. The Majestic theater is... More

Having seen Phantom when it won best musical many years ago, the current production is a faint shadow of the original. The Phantom himself was outstanding but the supporting cast was lackluster and seem to be just going through the motions. There was little feeling or emotional attachment from the audience. The musical score was still as haunting and memorable.... More

Great show, and incredible sets. We visited as a surprise for my wife's 40th birthday. She was so happy! The singing, dancing, acting, sets, props, wardrobe/costumes...all of it was amazing! Now, on to something I was not expecting. You get a lecture for showing up early to stand in line. The lecture includes comments suggesting they are unhappy you have... More
