Only 6 minutes from NYC to Lincoln Harbor with a great view of Manhattan (not including Manhattan shuttle travel time). The price and time for multiple trips might make Manhattan a better choice for accommodation vs. cheaper NJ hotels, particularly for families and weekend stays.

Family was visiting so decided to spend day in NYC. NYC Waterway parking, terminal, and ferry are wonderful. We took the evening tour and the guide who narrated the trip was so full of knowledge and tidbits that his love of New York was very evident during the entire trip.He was a lifelong New Yorker and passed along so much usefull info that we only wished we could have purchased a recorded copy of the tour.
