We didn't want to spend too much time in lines to see the Statue of Liberty, and we also wanted to cross the bridge but we didn't have a time, so we decided to take their 90 min skyline cruise. In spite of the rain, it was good for us. We saw the Statue right in front for a plenty... More

A splendid way to see the NY waterline. We had the benefit of a very knowledgeable guide who made the trip very entertaining.

Took 60 minutes fairy to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. the departure is not on the same dock on the Buttery Park, but they take you by bus to another place - 10 minutes drive to start the fairy. This was 3PM fairy and the boat was overcrowded. Max. capacity of 300 were at the boat. no seats and... More

Yes, it was cold but a great way to see New York and the Statue of Liberty since the statue is closed for renovations.

Boat seats very uncomfortable and cramped, bit dirty too. Compare sounded a bit bored too. Good view of city though probably would have been better if weather had been on our side. Wouldn't have been worth the full stated price of $28, but good value when part of City Sights 3 day pass.

My family and I took the NY Waterways Twilight cruise in June of 2011. Our tour guide made very informative (and occasionally funny) comments through the first half of our harbour tour. She was quiet during the second half - which was nice. The boat was adequate (nothing fancy) and we had good views of the city. They pass close... More

Our time was limited in NYC and we knew we wanted to get a closer look of Lady Liberty without the lines so we went with this cruise and I'm really glad we did. It was about an hour long and provided closer views of Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty, Governors Island, and the Brooklyn Bridge. There is no restroom... More

I escorted groups on Waterway's Gateway To America one-hour harbor cruise, three times over the summer of 2011. The tour uses a recording of an actress celebrity talking about the harbor, but there is no tourguide to ask questions of. Although the information is good, and the recording includes the voices of two experts on NYC and its harbor, there... More

This trip was part of our sight seeing tour with New York City Sights & our New York 7 day Pass - yeep those guys with in the yellow jackets. It was great and a fun way to see the city, giving another view than the bus tour, will recommend this to all our friends.
